This guarantee is void if you violate our terms of service or acceptable use policy. If you use more than 25% of your allocated resources during that time, your refund will be one month less the maximum monthly cost for your chosen plan.
Rhombic Networks guarantees a support response within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not get a support response within 24 hours and we’ll credit $1 per late support ticket to your account.
While we do guarantee a human response, we cannot guarantee resolution, especially in cases of billing, abuse, etc. Total credits given cannot exceed the customer’s monthly cost.
Guarantee does not include services such as web design, domain registration, SSL certificates, etc.
